I don't do things half ass so when I do things I make sure i do my research, follow the people who i respect in terms of gambling and know their sports. I live in Maryland and since sports betting has become legal about 2 years ago i decided to do this more often. I do bet every day LOL but i can afford to - i probably bet about $100-200 a day but sometimes much less and sometimes more. My question was more just wondering how you all cope with so much handicapping. Guys, I am fine, I am fine.I have a very good job, I am over 50 with a great career, live in a nice house (not at my parents house who sadly are no longer here), don't think i am addicted, etc. Just got back online and checked back up on my post and all the replies. Honestly dude I would say if you have a good job just stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM bookies and sports books If you just sit around your parents house, don’t work a job and play video games hey I’ve done it in my younger years and it’s terrible. You don’t want to hear get up and go to the gym then get up and go walk or get up and go hike. I’ve been losing for a very long time and I can tell you it never gets easier. My food intake on the weekends are terrible. What do some of you do to make sure you all are physically and mentally ready to go every week? I don't exercise.i have no clue what a 'gym' is so don't tell me go workout. And now it is 7 am and I am handicapping NFL. Every Sunday morning I am so torn up mentally that my body has to rejuvenate somehow. So far (and with the help of many of you) I am showing a positive return on my investment (ROI +) but i swear I don't know how some of you do it without getting physically and mentally exhausted. Man, 3 weeks into the college season and I am exhausted.
